Registration / permit number
A unique identifier issued when a short-term rental is registered, often required to be displayed on listings.
Many cities now require the registration or permit number to appear in the listing and sometimes share data with platforms to remove non-compliant listings. Advertising without a valid number is itself a finable violation in some markets.
