Annual night cap
A limit on the number of nights per year a property can be rented as a short-term rental.
Night caps (for example 90 or 180 nights per year) are typically applied to non-hosted or non-primary-residence rentals. Exceeding the cap can trigger fines or loss of the permit, so operators often track their booked nights against the limit.
