Proof of liability insurance
Evidence that a host carries liability coverage at a required limit, sometimes a condition of an STR permit.
A growing number of ordinances require proof of liability insurance — often $500,000 or $1,000,000 per occurrence — to issue or renew an STR permit. Platform-provided coverage such as host protection programs does not always satisfy these requirements.
