Minimum stay requirement
A rule setting the fewest nights a guest may book, sometimes used to discourage party rentals or high turnover.
Minimum-stay rules (for example a two-night or seven-night minimum) can be citywide or seasonal. A high minimum stay can also push a rental toward the mid-term category, where landlord-tenant law may begin to apply.
